How to book
Five steps, and three of them are just replying to a message. Step three is where people hesitate most, so the numbers and deadlines are written out below.
-
Send your campus and date
One WhatsApp message is enough. Write your campus, the graduation or defense date, and a rough time if you know it. We reply with the slots still open and the total, travel to your area included.
If the campus has not announced the date, you can still come in early. We wait for the confirmed schedule up to 2 weeks before the day.
-
Pick a package
Every package is on the pricing page with what it contains, and current numbers come over WhatsApp. You only have three things to decide: how many people are photographed, how long the session runs, and whether family is in the frame.
Basic does not include family and friends yet. That is written on the card, not in a footnote.
-
A 50 percent deposit locks the date
A date is only truly locked once the 50 percent deposit lands. Before that, someone else can still take the slot. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, and it cuts both ways: once it is in, we do not release your date.
If the campus moves your graduation date, rescheduling is free as long as you tell us at least 3 days ahead. Closer than that carries a fee, and the amounts are on the pricing page. Final payment is due one day before.
-
The day itself
We come to the agreed location. One package covers one location, and inside it you can move between spots freely. We allow 10 to 15 minutes of lateness; past that the session clock keeps running, because there is usually another session after yours.
Location permits and venue tickets are handled on your side, ideally before the day so the session is not spent queueing at the entrance.
-
Raw files, pick, then edit
All raw files go out the same day at the earliest and the next day at the latest. From there you pick which ones get edited, and we wait up to 7 days for that list. Past that, the work joins the running queue.
Edited photos arrive 7 working days after your selection list, video in 14. Everything goes through Google Drive and the link stays live for 1 month, so download and keep your own copy before it expires.
What to prepare
Campus name, date, rough time, and how many people are being photographed. If you have a favorite spot on campus, mention that too. We handle the rest.
If the location needs an entry permit or ticket, that is the part for you to sort first, because venue tickets and permit fees are on the client.
