Questions
About graduation photos in Jakarta
Does FAW serve graduation photos in Jakarta?
Yes. We shoot graduations and defenses across Jakarta, including PTIQ, UPNVJ, Univ Pancasila, BINUS, Moestopo, Trilogi, STAIDI, UHAMKA, Trisakti, STIKES RSPAD, as well as graduation venues such as the Jakarta Convention Center and downtown hotels.
How long is a graduation photo session in Jakarta?
Sessions start at 30 minutes up to 90 minutes following your package. You can move between photo spots inside the location during the session time.
Which outdoor spots can be used in Jakarta?
Spots we have already used include Lapangan Banteng, Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), The Sultan Hotel & Residence, JPO Lebak Bulus, Blok M, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Monas Gambir. You can also pick your own spot, just mention it when you ask about a slot. Venue entry tickets or permits are on you.
How big is the deposit, and is it refundable if I cancel?
A 50 percent deposit of the total (package plus travel) locks your date. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded, but in return your date is held and not released to anyone else. Final payment is due at the latest one day before the session.
How is travel charged? What about venue entry tickets?
The package price does not include travel. The travel fee follows the distance to your location, already covers the round trip and crew parking, and is added to the total before you decide. So the number we send is final, not free and not a surprise.
Venue entry tickets or permits, for example TMII, are on you and separate from travel. Sort them before the day so the session time is not cut short.
How long until the photos are ready?
Raw files are sent the same day, the next day at the latest. After you send your selection list, edited photos are ready in 7 working days and video in 14. Everything is delivered through Google Drive, and the link stays live for 1 month, so download and keep your own copy soon.
Which packages already include family?
Family included: Standard, Premium, Platinum, Cinematic, Defense Foto. Not yet included: Basic, Duo, Group. On the packages that do not include them, family and friends can still be added on, just mention it when you ask about a slot.
